Licensed Massage Therapist; LMT Deep Tissue – Natick, MA

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - Deep Tissue Massage
- Natick, MA. Join our clinical team and earn $65-$85+/hour delivering therapeutic bodywork. Work alongside chiropractors and acupuncturists in a patient-focused, outcome-driven environment. Work as a W2 employee, not independent contractor.

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with advanced Deep Tissue Massage skills to join our respected multidisciplinary clinic. This position is designed for therapists who view massage therapy as clinical work - not spa service - and take pride in delivering precise, results-oriented care.

• $65.50 per 1-hour massage
• Tips typically $20+ per session
• Typical service-hour earnings: $65-$85+
• 4-6 one-hour sessions/day as schedule builds
• Full-time & part-time positions available

Therapists who deliver high-quality therapeutic results build steady schedules through internal referrals and patient retention.

• Work closely with Chiropractors and Acupuncturists
• Treatment plans often integrated for optimal patient outcomes
• Focus on therapeutic results - no membership sales, no retail pressure

This is a true clinical setting where skill and professional judgment are respected. Your work drives patient outcomes, not quotas.

Many therapists start in high-volume spa settings where income depends heavily on volume and membership sales. Our clinical model values your expertise and patient care:

• Lower base per massage
• Limited clinical referrals
• Income tied primarily to session volume

• $65.50 per 1-hour massage + tips
• Internal referrals and patient retention
• Earnings tied to skill and quality of care
• 5-6 sessions/day typical for strong performers

This translates to higher per-service income and a more professional, satisfying work environment.

Will I stay busy?
Our established patient base and internal referral network ensure steady demand. Therapists delivering consistent deep tissue and therapeutic care quickly build reliable schedules.

Will I lose income transitioning?
With higher per-service pay, many therapists immediately see an increase in earnings compared to high-volume chain settings.

Is this high-pressure?
No sales quotas. No retail pressure. No upselling. Focus is entirely on professional, patient-focused massage therapy.

• Therapists confident in advanced Deep Tissue Massage
• Professionals with strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic techniques
• Team-oriented providers who value collaboration and clinical outcomes
• Individuals seeking long-term stability and professional respect

• Active Massachusetts Massage Therapy License
• Strong deep tissue and therapeutic skill set (required)
• Clinical mindset and professional communication
• Reliability, accountability, and professionalism

We are selective because we aim to build a team of long-term professionals who elevate the standard of care.

If you are a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) seeking a refined, clinically-focused environment with strong earning potential and professional respect, we welcome your application.
