Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a Constant Observer for the night shift to support Saint Vincent Hospital and Metro West Medical Center in Natick, MA. You will observe patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses and report observations to protect patients from injury or elopement.
You will monitor patients continuously, document changes, and provide one-to-one supervision while collaborating with nursing staff to ensure safety and timely interventions.
