Job DescriptionTechnical Leadwith working experience in CHUI / GUI / Web development and support in Progress4GL/Open Edge
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining BAU ticket Queue in a Level 3 support team.
- Coordinate with Level 2 Team & Business for solving problems.
- provides Technical Guidance to team member and review their deliverable to ensure the quality of delivery.
- Supports business at EST hours by working on deliverable items as like any other individual contributor.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in technology
