Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Primary

Responsibilities
  • Ensures efficient operation of a condominium community within established guidelines.
  • Provides superior customer service to residents, condominium owners/board members.
  • Drafts and completes annual budgets following both company and client guidelines.
  • Prepares monthly board packages, attends monthly meetings, and completes requested action items between board meetings.
  • Works with subcontractors to maintain the property.
  • Provides administrative support for the property.
  • Responds to resident requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Effectively utilizes all company software used for, storage, processing work orders, vendor contracts, meeting minutes, board packages, unit owner communication, as well as software for invoice processing.
  • Completes regular daily and weekly site walks.
Requirements
  • Excellent resident relations skills
  • Understanding of condo documents and association by-laws
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven leadership skills & ability to take initiative
  • Superior judgment and decision-making skills
  • 2 - 5+ years of experience in condominium management
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
