We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) role.
- Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and facility policies.
- Adaptability and confidence in fast-paced, critical environments are essential.
- Active Massachusetts RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years recent PICU experience.
- Current BLS & ACLS certifications (PALS preferred).
- Must pass background screening.
- American Heart Association certification required.
- Hourly pay rate of $60.00-$62.00.
- W2 employment status with weekly pay and direct deposit.
