• Manage shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every customer visit.
• Lead and oversee assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set performance goals, delegate tasks to team members, and follow up on task completion.
• Report results and operational updates to the General Manager and the broader restaurant management team.
• Collaborate with the Guest Service Department to deliver high‑quality customer experience, execute sales and product promotions, and train service staff.
• Partner with the Kitchen Department to ensure timely, safe, and high‑quality food delivery and maintain food cost control.
• Work with the People Department to hire qualified crew, train them, and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive team player with flexible scheduling availability.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Starting at $45,000–$55,000 per year, with up to $400 monthly bonus.

• Paid vacations: 10 days PTO after 6 months; 15 days after first year.
