Abercrombie kids - Key Lead, Natick

Overview

Join the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. team as a Key Lead for the Abercrombie Kids brand in Natick. This role focuses on ensuring a quality in‑store experience by supervising brand representatives and stock associates, driving daily sales performance, and coaching the floor team.

• Open and close routines, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Product knowledge and brand awareness to guide customer interactions.
• Business understanding to support sales targets.
• Proactive thinking and attention to detail to maintain store standards.
• Register/Point of Sales use and asset protection tasks.
• Visual displays and system skills to enhance the shopping experience.

• Work at least 12‑16 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays, and certain holidays.
• Peak time frames may increase hours to meet business needs.

• Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.

The starting rate for this position is $18.85 per hour (the recruiting pay range for this position is $18.85 - $18.85 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
