As a part‑time Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and drive results. You will also be responsible for operational processes including opening and closing the boutique.

• Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.
• Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident, engaged team motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
• Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.
• Use effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
• Support and enforce company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
• Problem‑solve proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.

• Starting hourly rate for this position is $16.50.

• Preferred experience in a specialty retail store
• Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to multi‑task and balance multiple priorities
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
