Job DescriptionAssistant Manager is a multi‑faced role merging business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Responsibilities:
- Driving sales results by analyzing business and providing best‑in‑class customer service.
- Overseeing daily store operations, opening/closing routines, driving efficiency.
- Leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
- Leading talent – recruiting, training, engagement and development.
- Building a foundation to grow into future leaders within the store organization.
- Customer Experience – Deliver exceptional service.
- Drive Sales – Achieve revenue targets.
- OMNI Channel Fulfillment – Manage online & in‑store fulfillment.
- Store Presentation – Maintain visual merchandising.
- Operations – Stockroom and inventory management.
- Staffing – Schedule, payroll and workforce planning.
- Training – On‑boarding and skill development.
- Communication – Internal collaboration.
- Asset Protection – Loss prevention.
- Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
