Job Description

Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role merging business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Responsibilities:

  • Driving sales results by analyzing business and providing best‑in‑class customer service.
  • Overseeing daily store operations, opening/closing routines, driving efficiency.
  • Leveraging creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge.
  • Leading talent – recruiting, training, engagement and development.
  • Building a foundation to grow into future leaders within the store organization.
What You’ll Do
  • Customer Experience – Deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive Sales – Achieve revenue targets.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment – Manage online & in‑store fulfillment.
  • Store Presentation – Maintain visual merchandising.
  • Operations – Stockroom and inventory management.
  • Staffing – Schedule, payroll and workforce planning.
  • Training – On‑boarding and skill development.
  • Communication – Internal collaboration.
  • Asset Protection – Loss prevention.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or one year supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptability to fast‑paced, challenging environments.
  • Team building and self‑starter mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Drive to achieve results and multitasking ability.

Compensation

The starting rate for this position is $24.00 per hour.
