• Lead by example and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service.
• Support the Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales performance, and help create a motivating and collaborative store environment.
• Achieve targets and maintain high operational and visual standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise and support the sales team on the shop floor.
• Lead daily briefs and set team goals in alignment with store targets.
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor and execute daily store operations, including stock management.
• Act as a keyholder and support opening/closing procedures.

• Experience in a similar role.
