Sales Representative

We are growing and looking to add to the team!

We are currently hiring an Account Manager with a focus on Commercial and Industrial Electrical in Eastern Mass. This position will conduct business to business sales both in the field and in the office. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of business-to-business sales experience and a passion for construction.

$60, Salary with 6 figure potential earnings

• Outside sales to construction job sites and professional offices.
• Inside sales to decision maker in the construction industry.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, staff and STP craftsmen.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience to help staff clients job sites.
• Contract negotiation.
• Responsiveness and problem solving with both clients and STP craftsmen.

• Electrical Sales, Construction Sales, or experience working with commercial electrical contractors
• Staffing experience strongly preferred!
• Ability to effectively interact face to face and over the phone/virtually
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy ever-changing environment
• Ability to travel throughout Eastern Massachusetts

• Base salary, monthly commission, quarterly and yearly bonus
