Electron Beam Welder Lang Technician

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $60.00/hour

• Set up, operate, and monitor precision welding equipment
• Perform high-quality welds on complex metal components and tubing assemblies
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications
• Build and utilize fixtures, tooling, and weld setups
• Prepare and inspect parts to ensure quality and leak-tight connections
• Use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers
• Troubleshoot welding equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 2+ years of experience in electron beam, laser, orbital, or precision welding
• Experience reading blueprints and working to tight tolerances
• TIG welding experience highly preferred
• Aerospace, defense, medical device, or high-precision manufacturing experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
