    Overnights – Friday 10pm-12pm, Saturday-Monday 12am-8am+10pm-12am, Tuesday 12am-8am
The Role

As an Awake/Overnight at Lifeworks, you will be responsible for the advocacy and protection of the rights of the individuals you serve, remaining awake throughout your shift. You will provide activities of daily living and make a real difference in the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with an exceptional team to plan and engage in the advocacy and support of our individuals.
  • Promote optimal health through routine, preventive, and emergency health care.
  • Provide support through case management, mobility and transfer assistance, incontinence care, meal preparation and facilitation, organization and maintenance throughout the home, and life skills coaching.
  • Communicate and collaborate with significant persons in individuals’ lives to help them lead more independent and secure lives.
  • Perform other duties and/or assignments as needed based on the team and individuals’ needs.
