ACCEPT Education Collaborative is a regional non‑profit educational organization with locations in Medway and Natick, MA. The organization provides specialized transportation, home‑based services, behavioral and educational consultation, and professional development for students with moderate to severe needs.

Salary: $21.00 per hour (starting, may increase based on experience)

Job Type: Part‑time (20‑30 hours per week, possibility up to 40 hours)

Schedule: Split shift (morning and afternoon) daily; hours determined annually for school year including summers.

Responsibilities:

• Transport students to and from school or educational settings based on assigned routes.
• Assist students to safely enter and exit the vehicle as needed.
• Operate vehicle in accordance with all Federal and State traffic laws.
• Complete documentation and record keeping required by ACCEPT and the State.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of general driving experience.
• Active driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Massachusetts license for at least 3 years.
• 7‑D license preferred but not required; ACCEPT will assist in obtaining.
• Must pass a drug screen, CORI, and other background checks.
• Must enjoy working with children and possess patience and empathy.
