Honor GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and are passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
- Promote and upsell additional maintenance and service options.
- Process repair orders and maintain service records.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
