Honor GMC is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team! If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment, have excellent customer service skills, and are passionate about the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Provide accurate repair estimates and explain recommended services.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and service technicians.
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Promote and upsell additional maintenance and service options.
  • Process repair orders and maintain service records.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair shop preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software (DMS) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
