Overview

Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant –

Location:

San Diego, CA – Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (Depending on experience) – Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

We are an established cardiologist fast-paced outpatient cardiology medical office. We provide an exceptionally high level of care to patients. Our providers are compassionate, well respected, and multilingual. They are supported by skilled medical staff. We are constantly striving to improve and better ourselves so that we can better support our patients and community.

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support one non-invasive cardiologist. This is a full-time, long-term role in a collaborative and learning-focused environment.

• Provide comprehensive care planning, evaluation, and coordination for cardiology patients.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of cardiovascular conditions, from risk factor management to chronic disease.
• Conduct consultations, evaluations, and follow-up visits.
• Review and manage lab and radiology results; contact patients and implement appropriate care plans.
• Oversee and coordinate hypertension management clinic.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and clearances.
• Monitor and respond to Holter/Telemetry alerts during clinic hours.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year of cardiology experience as an NP or PA.
• Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Active California RN license (for NP) or PA license.
• National certification (NP or NCCPA).
• BLS certification (AHA).

• Additional cardiology-specific experience strongly preferred.
