Meat Cutter 1 – #25, National City – El Super #25
Under direct supervision, the Meat Cutter breaks, cuts, and prepares meat products using hand tools and power equipment according to company standards. Products are prepared for display or as ordered by customers, and the Meat Cutter works with customers to take special orders. The role collaborates with Meat Clerks and the Meat Manager to determine which items need to be cut.
The position requires heavy lifting, bending, standing, and stooping for prolonged periods.
Working environment:
