Experienced Reconstruction Field Supervisor Wanted for a Full-Time Position!

This position works a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.

In this rewarding leadership role, you'll manage and oversee multiple projects-keeping crews and subcontractors on track while maintaining excellent communication with clients. You'll be hands-on with construction work like drywall, carpentry, painting, flooring, tile/stone installation, and repairs, ensuring projects run smoothly and finish with excellence. From kitchen and bathroom remodels to finishing services like sealing, refinishing, and power washing, you'll deliver quality results that exceed customer expectations.

A full walk-through on every project ensures you leave clients impressed and satisfied.

• 5+ years of general construction experience
• Experience emphasizing drywall, texture, paint, finished carpentry, installation, flooring, and tile installation
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong leadership skills
• Highly professional with a clean appearance
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Xactimate proficiency
• Restoration industry experience
• Experience closing homeowner claims
• Skilled in negotiating with adjusters
• Strong project budgeting skills
• Knowledge of claim processes
• Understanding of proper material installation

Having expertise in home remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, and tile/stone installation, as well as experience with drywall, electrical, and painting repairs, would be a plus.
