The Commission‑Only Placement Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with accessing tailored placement services, including researching and identifying appropriate resources and facilities, coordinating with community stakeholders, and maintaining updated information on relevant programs. Additionally, the role requires actively fostering strong client relationships, providing empathetic support, and facilitating placement solutions that align with the unique needs of each client. This is a full‑time hybrid position based in National City, CA, which allows for both on‑site work and some flexibility for remote tasks.

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build rapport with clients and community partners.
• Training and sales experience to effectively communicate services and assist clients while driving engagement.
