High Level DescriptionThe Residential Program Manager position is responsible for direct oversight of one or more residential group homes providing service to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities or on the autism spectrum.
Job Responsibilities- Level of program oversight is determined by program needs, complexity of individual programs, and the number of employees needed to successfully manage the home needs.

Highly complex program - Group Home Oversight/ Management:
Responsible for the daily operations and management of one or more group homes - Ensure adequate staffing coverage 24/7 for individuals residing in the home by managing staff scheduling to required supervision ratios
- Plan and assign work to employees to ensure completion of tasks and responsibilities related to provision of supports and services
- Highly organized, with solid technical and software skills, adaptable with strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulations and policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with multiple team members and departments.
