The Hospital of Central Connecticut is seeking a WOCN RN Acute to join our nursing clinical team. This role delivers expert wound, ostomy and continence care with assessment, planning, and coordination for patients with wounds, fistulae, and incontinence.
Requirements include a BSN, a minimum of 2 years and 2000 hours of wound care experience (5+ years preferred), CT RN licensure, enrollment in a WOCN program within one year, and BLS. EPIC EHR experience is preferred.
