What

you’ll do in your role
  • Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in‑store
  • Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices
  • Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and shared expertise
  • Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching
Become proficient in digital tools
  • Explain our coverage and LTE network benefits to customers
  • Teach plans and services that let customers live unlimited, feel the love, stay connected, and go further
  • Demonstrate device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting
Complete training and build relationships
  • Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
  • Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues
  • Identify and handoff small business leads
  • Develop strong peer relationships and account for company’s success while having a good time
