. This is a part‑time Flower Merchandiser position with Falcon Farms, based at various locations within your territory.

• Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am and Saturday 7:00 am–9:30 am.
• Paid training to become an expert in flower handling.
• Mobile phone allowance.
• Transportation expense reimbursement per route.
• Access to medical, dental, and vision benefits for full‑time employees.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments during department resets.
• Work independently while supporting teammates with special activities when needed.

• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above your shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
