• Locate merchandise in listed backrooms and place products on the floor to ensure shoppers find what they need.
• Stock and pack out products, lifting up to 30 lbs routinely.
• Front‑face products to maintain optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and deliver them to stores.
• Install and place promotional material as per provided instructions.
• Build displays to showcase client products as required.
• Answer step‑by‑step questions using Acosta’s field technology on a company‑issued mobile device.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s).
• Collaborate with Walmart store management, associates and your direct manager via email, phone and text.

• Own the store(s) and build strong relationships to become a go‑to Acosta resource.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers and Acosta team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices across the Walmart team.
• Seek help from direct manager when faced with store‑level challenges.
• Complete work within prescribed time frames.
• Follow detailed instructions to achieve first‑time success and provide accurate data and photos.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
