• Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction, focusing on delivering value to all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers seeking information on products and services.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and engagement through company resources.
• Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability and ability to work guaranteed hours.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and ability to work multiple locations.
• Reliable transportation.
• Frequent standing and ability to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Travel up to 10% of the time as required by the business.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
