CDL Roll-Off Driver

GFL is actively seeking a Roll-Off Driver to join our dedicated team in Navan, Ontario. This role involves driving to various customer sites, conducting pre and post trip inspections, and ensuring safe waste transfer to designated locations. Your commitment to customer service and operational protocols will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver services according to customer needs and company policies

• Perform daily pre and post trip vehicle inspections

• Drive assigned routes and interact with customers on-site

• Lift and empty bins into front-end vehicles safely

• Complete end-of-day check-ins ensuring accurate paperwork

Requirements:

• High school diploma completion required

• 1–2 years of driving experience in waste management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with roll-off trucks preferred

• Knowledge of industry standards considered an asset
