Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site role for an Accounting Manager located in Navasota, TX. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing journal entries, reviewing fixed asset records, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to manage financial data and processes efficiently in adherence to company policies and industry standards.

This role will have responsibility to maintain proper cash flow through AP and AR management as well as development of other company accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and finance reporting methods
• Strong capability in handling journal entries and management of fixed assets
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for financial data evaluation
• Proven experience in an accounting or finance leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in using spreadsheets
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site and lead a team effectively
