Weld Line Inspector – Navasota, TX

What You’ll Do
  • Inspect welded areas for soundness and verify dimensional accuracy using various NDE (non‑destructive examination) methods.
  • Interpret inspection results and clearly communicate findings to production teams.
  • Maintain accurate daily inspection records, including quantities and non‑conformance details.
  • Read and interpret technical product drawings to determine acceptance criteria.
  • Utilize measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, and pit gauges to verify product specifications.
  • Work in indoor and outdoor environments — this role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Follow all NOV safety, quality, and HSE procedures.
Requirements Needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must pass the company general inspection evaluation with a minimum score of 80%.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to pass an industrial vision screening with near visual acuity.
  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
