The Sandblaster position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who doesn’t stray away from a challenge

• This team member will operate automated blast system and hand held grit blast equipment to remove scale, corrosion, paint and dirt.
• Transfers product using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Initiates and maintains all applicable paperwork as required.
• This team member will also cross-train to other general production duties.
• Follows all safety rules and practices.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Cleans and sweeps work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Operates overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Operates hand held blast system and automated blast equipment.
• Uses basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and has working knowledge of shop math.
• Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Proficiency in Sandblast
• Overhead crane experience
• Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
• Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions
