• Install, repair, and maintain electrical components of industrial equipment.
• Work as a team member or independently to complete projects.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and logic problems.
• Observe and abide by safety procedures, policies, and electrical codes.
• Interpret technical documents for proper execution of assignments.
• Conduct quality assurance measures and inspections.
• Write PLC automation code as needed.
• Diagnose problems related to mechanical and hydraulic processes.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1-3 years of heavy industrial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and industrial equipment.
• Awareness of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter capable of managing projects and making decisions.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.
• Willingly perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, crawling, etc.
• Capable of working rotating shifts.
