With a strong focus on operational excellence and compliance, our finance team plays a vital role in supporting smooth business operations.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Executive based in Navi Mumbai.
The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance related to travel bookings and services.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts for travel-related transactions.
Prepare and issue invoices to customers and B2B partners.
Process vendor and supplier payments (hotels, transporters, ferries, etc.).
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Track receivables, outstanding payments, and follow-ups.
Handle GST, TDS entries, and coordinate compliance activities.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Assist in preparing monthly MIS and financial reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
1–4 years of relevant accounting experience (travel or hospitality industry preferred).
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
