Senior Counselor

Roles and Responsibility:
Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students on academic and personal matters.
Develop and implement effective counseling strategies to support student success.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and address student needs.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student interactions.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being.

Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
Proven experience in counseling or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with students, teachers, and staff.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are needed to address complex issues.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience working with diverse populations, including those from different cultural backgrounds and abilities.
