Job Description

• Learning Program Management:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage the end-to-end process of learning initiatives, from needs analysis to program evaluation.

• Competency-Based Learning:

• Develop and implement competency-based learning programs that address key skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify core competencies and integrate them into training programs.

• Assessment Centers:

• Design and manage assessment centers to evaluate employee skills, competencies, and potential for development.

• Utilize assessment results to inform individual development plans and organizational talent strategies.

• Training Needs Analysis (TNA):

• Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify and prioritize learning requirements across the organization.

• Develop and deliver basic training programs based on TNA findings to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Development Plans:

• Create and oversee personalized development plans for employees, focusing on career growth and skill enhancement.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to support employee development and performance improvement.

• Learning Mindset:

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D to ensure innovative and effective learning solutions.

• Program Evaluation and Improvement:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

• Continuously improve learning programs based on evaluation results and organizational needs.

• Stakeholder

Collaboration:

• Partner with senior leaders, HR, and department managers to align learning initiatives with business objectives.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for learning programs.

Budget Management:

• Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of learning programs.

• Source and manage external training vendors and consultants as needed.

Experience and Technical skills

• 3 to 10 years of Experience in Learning and Development role

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI
