As an Article Assistant, you may get exposure to:
Audit & Internal Controls
Internal Audits, including assignments for listed entities
Internal control evaluation
Business process reviews
Tax & Compliance
GST compliance and preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C
Tax Audit
Income-tax return preparation and filing
Regulatory compliance support
Finance & Advisory
Financial Due Diligence assignments
Accounting and financial statement finalisation
MIS reporting
IPO advisory and transaction-related assignments
Transaction structuring and growth strategy projects
Client Exposure
Client coordination
Understanding business processes
Working on practical assignments under professional guidance
Who We're Looking For
Eligibility:
✔️ CA Intermediate – Both Groups Cleared
✔️ Strong interest in Audit, Taxation & Advisory
✔️ Good communication and analytical skills
✔️ Working knowledge of Excel and accounting concepts preferred
✔️ Willingness to learn and take responsibility
Stipend
1st Year: ₹12,500 per month
2nd Year: ₹17,500 per month
As per firm policy and applicable ICAI guidelines.
