Key Responsibility :  Must have knowledge of IT monitoring software, Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools and mythology.
• Health check, monitoring & tuning to ensure uptime with respective monitoring teams.
• Management and support of all monitoring environments.
• Deploy and configure Instana/eG/DT agents across various environments, ensuring optimal performance monitoring.
• Maintaining inventory of systems configured in monitoring system.
• Monitor, Investigate, diagnose and report issues in system and application monitoring using IT Monitoring tools and techniques.
• Project Management to ensure timely release of deliverables and maintaining history.
• Reporting, Tracking, Resolution / closure and RCA of the issues & incidents.
• Recommendation for optimum utilization of monitoring system resources.
• Ensure updating the monitoring software patches as per OEM recommendation as and when required.
• Closure of findings under App Sec, PT, VA, SCD, Config review as per defined SLA.
• Maintain the regulatory and audit compliance.
• Coordination, communication and follow-ups with internal & external teams.
• Third party application integration with Monitoring tool e.g. Integration with data lake dashboard
• RUM integration and troubleshooting.

required skill  :
Understanding of monitoring IT infrastructure. Should have knowledge of IT monitoring tools like eG, Dynatrace, IBM Instana etc. Certification in respective technology and Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
