Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mule Soft Support Engineer based in Navi Mumbai(Airoli). The Mule Soft Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers in resolving technical challenges. The role includes working with operating systems to maintain and optimize integrations, collaborating with teams to address customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth functioning of Mule Soft applications in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
Expertise in Troubleshooting and Technical Support processes to identify and resolve system issues efficiently
Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service, ensuring a positive and seamless client experience
Good understanding of Operating Systems for configuring and maintaining Mule Soft integrations
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Prior experience with Mule Soft and middleware technologies is highly desirable
