Job Description – Monitoring & Reporting Engineer
We are looking for a Monitoring & Reporting Engineer to oversee the health and performance of  bank IT infrastructure  and applications across multiple projects. The role involves basic monitoring, real-time analysis, and proactive issue reporting to ensure smooth operations without any financial impact. We are seeking a resource with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and eagerness to resolve issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor servers, OCP clusters, and databases to ensure optimal health and performance.
Continuously track the application environment and transaction flows to identify anomalies.
Use monitoring tools to visualize, analyze, and report on system performance.
Immediately escalate unusual activities or system irregularities to the support team (Admin) for quick resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues.
Maintain documentation of monitoring processes, alerts, and incident reports.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of system, application, and transaction monitoring.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, and Matabase or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of Linux systems for log analysis, troubleshooting, and file management.
Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and the ability to resolve issues promptly.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
Certifications in Agile, IT Monitoring, or Linux administration are a plus.

Salary Range:

The right candidate s can expect their salary to be in the range of  INR 30K to 35K per month
