Job Description

Qualification:

Any Graduate

Exp: 5-8 yrs.

Work Location:

Pune.

Must be MCP SCCM 2012 / Current Branch Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool.
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years on Relevant Experience
Should be having intermediate level knowledge on SWD products especially SCCM 2012 / SCCM Current Branch.
Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
Should be able to resolve the issues independently.
Good technical, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn quickly.
Ability to manage L1 team resources with proper communication, providing them adequate training.

Detailed responsibilities for this profile would be as follows:

SCCM Sites, Distribution Points, SCCM Client management & maintenance.
SQL Database management, maintenance & troubleshooting.
SCCM Software Distribution, Patch Deployment, OSD tasks & related activities.
Preparing reports & documentation as per organization’s requirement for SCCM services & activities.
Level 2 Troubleshooting.
Creation/Modification on SCCM Server Policies.
Deploy Change Requests.
CI creation and deployment.
Configuring/Maintaining discovery methods.
Manage P1 and P2 related issues.
