Position: Sr. Functional Consultant (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central)

We are seeking Finance Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Inventory Costing, Manufacturing Costing, and India Localization (GST, TDS & TCS), with mandatory end-to-end implementation exposure.
The candidate must have completed at least four ERP implementations for Indian clients and be capable of independently managing the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to post go-live support. Experience in Manufacturing or Trading sectors and strong English communication skills are required.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Manage the entire project lifecycle of ERP implementations.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare documentation.
Design solutions for system enhancements and customizations.
Perform configuration and system testing.
Conduct end-user training and manage UAT sessions.
Lead and support data migration activities.
Contribute to the development of new add-on modules.
Work extensively on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Handle support tickets, prepare Change Requests (CRs), and maintain documentation.
Provide post-implementation support to clients.

Mandatory

Skills:

Hands-on experience in Any ERP Finance Module with:
oInventory Costing
o Manufacturing Costing
o India Localization – GST, TDS & TCS
(End-to-end implementation experience is mandatory)

Minimum 4 end-to-end ERP project implementations for Indian clients.

Requirements (Must Have) :
Educational

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA
ERP Finance Module implementation experience with Inventory & Manufacturing Costing and Indian taxation.
Minimum 4 end-to-end ERP implementations
Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics Business Central
ERP Software Knowledge.
Navision.
Experience working independently on functional consulting activities for Indian projects.
Must have handled Manufacturing vertical projects.
Strong English communication and presentation skills.
Good Excel skills.
Must be from an ERP IT Company background.
