About the Role
Should have a good working knowledge of Resource Management Group.
Responsibilities
Ensure demands are fulfilled as per the SLA.
Should be aware of working of practices, RMG.
Should be publishing Demand report and Bench report at BU level.
Explain & effectively communicate with Delivery.
Leading the call within team for internal supply and address the concern with the recruitment team for faster closure.
Provide weekly and monthly updates on demand progress against the Fulfilment Plan to internal Leadership teams.
Participate in the discussion with BU/Practice/Recruitment to understand the overall fulfilment strategy being agreed.
Document and publish Fulfilment Plan with inputs from practices and recruitment.
Regular follow up with Recruitment/Practice for building the proactive supply.
Building rapport with the TL/DH/BU Head and managing client interviews, provide timely feedback to Recruitment for offer release.
Ensure fulfilment for the Account from within the available resource pool, roll offs, proactive hiring across regions.
Keep close tab on resources movement across region and also within the BU where there are requirements across location.
