Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced TCOE (Testing Center of Excellence) Delivery Manager with deep
expertise in Banking Technology, Core Banking Platforms, Payments, Microfinance Systems, Test
Management, and Large-Scale Quality Engineering Programs.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive banking domain knowledge, and
proven experience managing end-to-end testing engagements across complex transformation initiatives.
The role requires ownership of delivery governance, stakeholder management, testing strategy, quality
assurance, risk management, and overall delivery accountability across multiple banking programs.
This position will play a critical role in partnering with business, technology, and operations teams to ensure
successful delivery of enterprise-wide testing and quality engineering initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A highly accomplished Testing and Quality Engineering leader with:

• 15+ years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.

• 10+ years of Banking Domain experience.

• 6-9 years of experience across Core Banking, Payments, and Microfinance platforms.

• Strong background in Test Management and TCOE governance.

• Proven success managing large-scale banking transformation programs.

• Extensive experience leading geographically distributed testing teams and stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities
TCOE Governance & Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for testing engagements and quality engineering
initiatives.

• Drive Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) governance across programs and portfolios.

• Define testing strategy, governance frameworks, quality processes, and delivery standards.

• Ensure successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of testing programs.

• Establish quality metrics, governance dashboards, and executive-level reporting mechanisms.

• Ensure alignment of testing activities with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
Delivery Leadership

• Manage large-scale testing programs covering Core Banking, Payments, Mobile Banking, Digital
Banking, and Microfinance solutions.

• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing initiatives.

• Drive defect governance, quality assurance, and risk management practices.

• Monitor delivery performance, quality metrics, release readiness, and program health.

• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Take complete ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with Business, Technology, Program Management, Vendor, and
Operations teams .
