Key Responsibilities :
Own media campaign planning, monitoring, reporting, and analysis across paid, earned, and owned media.
Drive campaign management and optimization strategy across SEM, Display, Facebook, OTT, Publishers, Programmatic, UAC, and mobile app marketing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
Define and track KPIs across channels - Organic, Direct, Affiliates, Referral, Social, and Paid.
Use tools like Comscore, Data.ai, Similarweb, and SEMrush; apply omni-channel and marketing-automation understanding.
Manage client relations and expectations; identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Strong grasp of end-to-end digital media and performance marketing campaign management, including web analytics and traffic analysis (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, Linked In Campaign Manager) and campaign optimization, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance reporting across digital advertising platforms.
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative and ownership driven environment.

Qualifications
4–7 years in digital media, performance marketing, or client servicing.
Strong across digital and social channels, web analytics, and campaign optimisation.
Good communication skills and a consultative approach.
