Purpose of the Role:

The role is responsible for managing the Global Supply Chain Control Tower at Alkem, ensuring real-time end-to-end visibility across the supply chain. The position focuses on inventory control, supply chain improvement projects, and strategic planning initiatives to drive efficiency, automation, and digitisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory control and management:
Monitor, manage, and optimise global inventory levels; ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of inventory data.
Supply chain improvement projects:
Lead and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and driving continuous improvement across global operations.
Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP):
Support strategic planning processes, align supply chain goals with business objectives, and contribute to long-term forecasting and resource planning.
Change management and de-risking projects:
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Strategic and tactical planning – automation and digitisation:
Drive automation and digital transformation within supply chain processes; enable predictive and prescriptive decision-making through advanced analytics.

Role Requirements:

MBA with 4-5 years of experience in supply chain in pharma industry.
Strong expertise in real-time end-to-end supply chain visibility.
Ability to make prescriptive and predictive decisions using data-driven insights.
Proven experience in proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Knowledge of supply chain systems, control tower frameworks, and digital tools.
Excellent project management and change management skills.
