Lead - Logistics

Job Purpose   To lead and optimize logistics operations for a cluster of bioenergy plants, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely movement of feedstock and biofuels across the supply chain.
Responsibilities    Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Develop and implement logistics strategies
Manage vendor relationships and logistics contracts
Key Requirements    Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
12-18 years of experience in logistics, preferably in energy/biofuels
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skill
