Job Description

Title  :  Supply Analyst
Department:  Operations – Supply Chain

Location:

Navi Mumbai
Reports To :
Senior Manager Supply & Material Planning
Roles & Responsibility:

Collect data on supply chain operations & analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors, establish a supplier reliability matrix.
Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
Complete ownership of OTIF – improvement by identifying gap in supply planning operations to improve efficiency.
Analyze current data and drive improvisation projects to reduce STO .
Competencies required:

Functional

Demonstrated broad understanding of purchase and supply chain processes

Qualifications

Education:

BE + bachelor's degree in Supply chain management or Operations Management.

Experience:

6 to 8 Year, Previous experience in supply planning / inventory management in construction chemical industry.
Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, Power BI and data analysis tools.
Advantage:  Worked in lean set up.
