Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage key operational functions including reconciliations, settlements, reporting (internal and external), system enhancements, stakeholder coordination, and team development. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, process efficiency, and continuous operational excellence through leadership and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Reconciliation Management
Maintain accurate financial records through regular reconciliation of financial transactions.
Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent data.
Settlement Operations
Oversee end-to-end transaction settlement processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Verify transaction amounts and resolve settlement-related issues proactively.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Reporting & MIS
Internal Reporting:
Prepare and deliver timely and accurate internal reports to aid management decision-making and track key performance indicators.
External Reporting:
Ensure timely submission of external reports and MIS, complying with regulatory or partner requirements as applicable.
System Enhancement & Automation
Lead efforts to enhance existing systems and implement automation to streamline operations.
Drive initiatives that reduce manual work, minimize errors, and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with IT and process teams to execute system improvements.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure clear and consistent communication to manage expectations and resolve issues.
Act as a point of contact for operational queries and escalations.
People Management
Lead, mentor, and develop the team to achieve operational goals and promote professional growth.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Implement backup plans and cross-training to ensure business continuity and reduce dependency on single points of failure.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
6–10 years of experience in financial operations, reconciliations, or related functions.
Strong understanding of financial systems, reporting tools, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with automation or system improvement initiatives preferred.
Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Skills And Experience

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems
