About the Role
The Investigation Manager is responsible for managing comprehensive investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, and misconduct related to Bank-financed operations, administrative budgets, and misuse of Bank resources. The role involves ensuring that investigation outcomes are processed under the Bank's disciplinary framework. The role holder is expected to proactively manage deadlines and deliver high-quality work products.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Manage investigations and deliver high-quality investigative work products.
Conduct sensitive and complex interviews and investigations.
Identify weaknesses in current control processes and recommend enhancements.
Implement policies to prevent fraudulent activities and recover incurred losses.
Control, track, and analyze allegations, investigations, and findings.
Ensure compliance with chain of custody procedures, maintaining case records, testimony, and evidence.
Prepare Investigation Reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
Discuss and defend investigative findings and recommendations.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support in conducting sensitive interviews and other investigative research activities.
Provide statistical analyses of both ongoing and completed investigations.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate and above in any discipline including Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management.
Post Graduation in Business Management
Experience
Minimum 2 years of total experience in relevant fields.
Skills and Attributes
Strong analytical and investigative skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and documentation.
