About the Role
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership :
Lead and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
Method Development and Validation :
Develop, validate, and implement new analytical methods for pesticide and antibiotic testing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Quality Control and Assurance :
Ensure the quality of analytical results, implementing quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain laboratory accreditation.
Client Communication :
Communicate technical information to clients, including report results, method development, and analytical issues.
Resource Allocation :
Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient workflow, meet deadlines, and manage workload.
Performance Monitoring :
Monitor team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.
Qualifications and Experience
B.Sc(Chemistry)
10+ years of relevant experience.
Required Skills
Experience in Food Laboratory Testing solutions.
Ability to lead and manage a team of analysts.
Expertise in method development and validation for pesticide and antibiotic testing.
Strong focus on quality control and quality assurance.
Effective client communication skills.
Capability in resource allocation and performance monitoring.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines, including ISO/IEC 17025.
