Qualification:

Any Graduate
Timing: 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM
Commissioning, Installation and Inspection
Carry out spreader commissioning and installation work on newly delivered spreaders and attend to all spreader
warranty repair works.
Provide technical assistance and advice for the installation and troubleshooting of any equipment and components
on the spreader to the service agent
Carry out site inspection on spreaders upon customers' request
Identify potential RUP work and make recommendations to customers

Service Call Management
Carry out service calls on a preventative and reactive basis as required, undertaking service and repair of products
and systems to meet customers’ requirements and specification

Service Operational Excellence
Keep accurate records regarding job progress, delays, problems, deliveries, changes, extras, and fabrication data.
Report back on the completed projects outlining the activities carried out, faults found during service and any future
recommendations for improving the service offering.

Customer Training
Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer on product knowledge, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair to customer
