Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer, located in Navi Mumbai.

The Person al Trainer will be responsible for providing personalized training sessions, leading group fitness classes, creating and monitoring workout programs, and offering guidance on nutrition and wellness. Additional tasks include assisting members in achieving their fitness goals, encouraging healthy lifestyle habits, and ensuring the safety and proper use of gym equipment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
Experience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching
Knowledge of Nutrition and its role in overall fitness
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate clients
Certification in fitness training or a related field is highly recommended
Strong understanding of health and wellness trends
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
